| Effect of Butylphthalide Combined with Xueshuantong on Cerebral Blood Flow and Neurological Function in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke |

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the efficacy of nimodipine combined with urokinase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and its effects on cerebral blood flow and neurological function in patients. 【Methods】A total of 110 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into observation and control groups, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with urokinase, while the observation group was treated with urokinase combined nimodipine. After 2 weeks of treatment, the therapeutic effects, the national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) scores, hemodynamic indices, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. 【Results】The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.91% (50/55), which was significantly higher than that in the control group at 69.09% (38/55) (P<0.05). The post-treatment NIHSS scores and hemodynamic indices in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the indices in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.91% (6/55), which was not statistically different from the 12.73% (7/55) in the control group (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】Nimodipine combined with urokinase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve cerebral blood flow, promote neurological function recovery, significantly enhance therapeutic efficacy, and has high clinical application value.
