Abstract  【Objective】 To explore the screening effect and diagnostic value of gastroscopy staining and magnifying endoscopy in gastric cancer patients. 【Methods】A total of 146 suspected gastric cancer patients admitted to Air Force 986 Hospital from April 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the subjects. All patients were confirmed by pathological tissue examination. Before diagnosis, the patients were subjected to gastroscopy staining and magnifying endoscopy, and the results of the two examinations were compared with the final results. The screening effect of staining under gastroscopy and magnifying endoscopy in gastric cancer was analyzed; The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of staining and magnifying endoscopy under gastroscopy in gastric cancer patients were analyzed.【Results】 Among the 146 suspected gastric cancer patients enrolled,94 were diagnosed with gastric cancer through pathological tissue examination, and 52 were diagnosed with benign gastric diseases. All patients completed gastroscopy staining and magnifying endoscopy examination. 84 cases of gastric cancer were confirmed by gastroscopy staining, and 89 cases were finally confirmed by magnifying endoscopy staining. There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of gastric cancer among different examination methods (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in sensitivity and specificity between staining under a single gastroscopy and magnifying endoscopy in the diagnosis of gastric cancer (P>0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of gastroscopy staining combined with magnifying endoscopy in the diagnosis of gastric cancer were higher than those of single gastroscopy staining and magnifying endoscopy (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The use of gastroscopy combined with magnifying endoscopy in screening gastric cancer patients can improve the accuracy of gastric cancer diagnosis, and its diagnostic efficacy is high. It can provide reference for patient diagnosis and treatment, and is worth promoting and applying.
