Correlation Analysis of Serum Immunoglobulin,C3 and C4 Levels with Prognosis of Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage |

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the relationship of serum immunoglobulin,C3 and C4 levels with the prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). 【Methods】 A total of 114 patients with HICH in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the control group. In the same period,67 hypertensive patients with good blood pressure were enrolled in the control group. The levels of serum immunoglobulin (IgG,IgA),C3,and C4 were compared between the control group on the day of admission and the observation group before operation and after operation. According to the prognosis of the observation group,patients were divided into the good prognosis group and the poor prognosis group. The levels of serum immunoglobulin,C3,and C4 in patients with different prognosis were compared 7 days after operation. Spearman rank correlation model and COX stepwise regression model were used to analyze the correlation between levels of serum immunoglobulin,C3,C4 with the prognosis of patients. 【Results】 Serum IgG,IgA levels and preoperative C3,C4 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on 1 day,3 days,7 days,and 14 days after operation (P<0.05); The level of C3 and C4 showed a decreasing trend,and the levels of C3 and C4 showed a rising trend,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum IgG and IgA levels of patients in the good prognosis group were higher than those of patients in the poor prognosis group,while the levels of C3 and C4 in the good prognosis group were lower than those of patients in the poor prognosis group (P<0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that serum IgG and IgA levels 7 days after surgery were positively correlated with prognosis,and C3 and C4 levels were negatively correlated with prognosis. COX stepwise regression model analysis showed that serum IgG,IgA,C3,and C4 levels 7 days after operation were the relevant factors affecting prognosis (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The levels of serum immunoglobulin,C3 and C4 are significantly correlated with the prognosis of patients with HICH. Dynamic monitoring of the changes of serum immunoglobulin,C3 and C4 levels is helpful to guide the clinical treatment.
