Effects of Alprostadil on Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy and Oxidative Stress in Acute Renal Failure Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy |

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the effect of alprostadil on continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) and oxidative stress in acute renal failure patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN). 【Methods】 A total of 104 patients with acute renal failure with DN were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group The control group was treated with CRRT,while the observation group was additionally treated with alprostadil on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,reactive oxygen species (ROS),superoxide dismutase (SOD),urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER),8-hydroxydeoxyguanine (8-OHdG),β2 microglobulin (β2-MG),endothelin-1 (ET-1),von Willebrand factor (vWF) levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of ROS,SOD,8-OHdG,UAER,β2-MG and vWF in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05); And the parameters in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 The use of alprostadil with CRRT in acute renal failure patients with diabetic nephropathy can improve clinical efficacy,reduce oxidative stress,improve renal function,and have a certain protective effect on vascular endothelium.
