CT直方图纹理参数评价肝硬化与肝硬化合并HIV感染患者腹部脂肪的差异

Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the difference of CT histogram texture parameters in evaluating abdominal fat in patients with cirrhosis and cirrhosis complicated with HIV. 【Methods】From January 2010 to January 2012,patients with simple cirrhosis (cirrhosis group,n=44) and patients with cirrhosis complicated with HIV (combination group,n=33) confirmed by the First People's Hospital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan Province were retrospectively analyzed. Both groups of patients underwent L₃ plane abdominal CT examination. The abdominal fat area (TAA) of the CT image was measured with ImageJ software. At the same time,the texture parameters were analyzed by histogram,including Kurt,Skew,Feret diameter or fixed direction wire diameter (Feret),perimeter (Peri),mean pixel value (Mean),integral gray level (IntDen),area percentage (AF),and the differences between the two groups were compared. 【Results】 Peri,Kurt and AF in the cirrhosis group were higher than those in the combined group,while Feret,IntDen and TAA in the cirrhosis group were lower than those in the combined group,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between Skew and Mean in the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 There is a difference in the distribution of abdominal fat between patients with simple cirrhosis and patients with cirrhosis complicated with HIV. The texture parameters of Image J can reflect this difference,and can be used as an auxiliary index for nutritional metabolism analysis of patients with cirrhosis and cirrhosis complicated with HIV.
