Abstract 【Objective】To study the effect of warm nest pot combined with dafelin in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and its effect on ovulation rate. 【Methods】A total of 82 PCOS-induced infertile patients admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were recruited in the study. Patients were divided into two groups:the control group was treated with Dafelin, and the observation group was treated with Dafelin plus nest warming pot therapy. The volume of ovaries and the number of follicles in bilateral sinuses were observed before and after treatment. The ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and clinical effective rate of the two groups were compared. The levels of LH, FSH, E2, T and PRL were analyzed before and after treatment. 【Results】After treatment, the volume of ovaries and the number of follicles in bilateral sinuses in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The volume of ovaries and the number of follicles in bilateral sinuses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The levels of LH, T and PRL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Warm nest pot combined with Dafelin has important clinical value in regulating the sex hormone level of PCOS infertility patients and improving the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
