Abstract 【Objective】To analyze the relationship of tripartite motif containing 13 (TRIM13) with the prognosis of percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients.【Methods】A total of 146 patients with NSCLC who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Ficoll density gradient separation method was used to separate mononuclear cells in peripheral blood; Western blotting was used to detect the expression level of TRIM13 in mononuclear cells.The relationship of TIRM13 expression level with the prognosis of NSCLC was analyzed.【Results】The expression level of TRIM13 in the survival group and the death group showed an increasing trend over time.The expression level of TRIM13 on the 7th and 14th day after operation in the survival group were higher than those in the death group (P<0.05).The diagnostic efficiency of TRIM13 on the 7th day after operation of NSCLC was higher than that before RFA and 14 days after operation(P<0.05).COX multivariate regression analysis showed that targeted therapy,degree of differentiation and 7-day postoperative TRIM13 were independent protective factors for the prognosis of NSCLC (P<0.05),and TNM staging was an independent risk factor for the prognosis of NSCLC (P<0.05).Restricted cubic spline fitting COX regression analysis showed that TRIM13 had a nonlinear relationship with the prognosis of NSCLC (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 TRIM13 is related to the prognosis of NSCLC patients with RFA treatment.The high level of TRIM13 expression indicates that the risk of poor prognosis for NSCLC is low.
