Study on the Relationship between the Expressions of Fibrinogen and Albumin and Unstable Angina Pectoris in the Elderly and its Prognosis |

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of fibrinogen (FIB) and albumin (ALB) and the prognosis of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris. 【Methods】 A total of 120 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris (observation group) treated in Xi'an first hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected, and 120 healthy volunteers (control group) who underwent physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected. The serum FIB and ALB levels of the two groups were detected respectively. The diagnostic value of FIB and ALB levels in patients with unstable angina pectoris was evaluated by the working characteristic curve (ROC). The related factors affecting the poor prognosis of patients with unstable angina pectoris were analyzed by multivariate Cox model. 【Results】 The level of serum FIB in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of Alb was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of FIB and ALB in the diagnosis of unstable angina pectoris were 0.886 and 0.781 respectively, and the cut-off values were 2.743 g/L and 40.98 g/L respectively. The AUC of combined detection of unstable angina pectoris was 0.927, and the sensitivity and specificity were 88.3% and 88.3% respectively. The incidence of poor prognosis in the high FIB group was higher than that in the low FIB group (P<0.05), and the incidence of poor prognosis in the low ALB group was higher than that in the high ALB group (P<0.05). Multivariate Cox model analysis showed that high FIB level and low ALB level were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with unstable angina pectoris (all P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The level of serum FIB in patients with unstable angina pectoris is significantly increased and the level of serum ALB is significantly reduced. FIB and ALB have certain diagnostic value for unstable angina pectoris, and patients with high FIB and low ALB expression have a high risk of poor prognosis.
