Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the clinical efficacy of tiapride hydrochloride tablets combined with Wuling capsule in the treatment of alcoholic mental disorder. 【Methods】 A total of 86 patients with alcoholic mental disorders treated in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2020 was randomly divided into observation group (treated with tiapride hydrochloride tablets combined with Wuling capsule) and control group (treated with tiapride hydrochloride tablets), with 43 cases in each group. The efficacy, positive and Negative Syndrome Scale score (PANSS), depression (SDS), self rating Anxiety Scale score (SAS), P300 parameters and safety were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.70% (39/43), which was higher than 72.09% (31/43) of the control group(χ2=4.914,P=0.027＜0.05). After treatment, the scores of PANSS positive symptoms, negative symptoms, general psychopathological symptoms, SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The latency of P300 parameters N1, N2 and P3 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the amplitudes of N1, N2 and P3 were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05); The latency of P300 parameters N1, N2 and P3 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the amplitudes of N1, N2 and P3 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.33% (1/43), which was lower than 9.30% (4/43) in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant( χ2 =0.849,P=0.357＞0.05). 【Conclusion】 Tiapride hydrochloride tablets combined with Wuling capsule is effective in the treatment of alcoholic mental disorder, can reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression, and has good safety.
