Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the value of pulmonary ultrasound score in infant respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) pneumonia. 【Methods】The clinical data of 67 children with RSV pneumonia diagnosed and treated in Hunan children's Hospital from March 2020 to may 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. The correlation between pulmonary ultrasound score and disease severity and the need for respiratory support was analyzed.【Results】There was a positive correlation between the severity of RSV and pulmonary ultrasound score (P<0.05). The more serious the condition and the higher the pulmonary ultrasound score, the greater the possibility of requiring respiratory support. 【Conclusion】 Pulmonary ultrasound score can reflect the severity of RSV pneumonia, and can be used as an auxiliary method to evaluate the severity of RSV pneumonia.
