Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effect of different methods of iliac osteotomy on the rehabilitation of knee function after C3 fracture of distal femur. 【Methods】A total of 52 patients with C3 fracture of distal femur treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital parity method, with 26 cases in each group. During intraoperative bone grafting, ipsilateral iliac osteotomy was used in the control group and contralateral iliac osteotomy was used in the observation group. The operation time, knee activity time, excellent and good rate of knee function score 6 months after operation and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.【Results】The operation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The time of active straightening to 10 ° and active flexion to 120 ° in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05); The excellent and good rate of knee function score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(80.77% vs 53.85%,χ2=4.282,P=0.039); There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Compared with ipsilateral bone extraction, contralateral bone extraction is conducive to the rehabilitation of knee function after operation of C3 fracture of distal femur.
