Application of Lieberman Theory Combined with Trait Mindfulness and Control Point in Acute Schizophrenia and its Effect on Patients' Bad Mood |

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the application of Lieberman theory combined with trait mindfulness and control point in acute schizophrenia and its effect on patients' bad mood. 【Methods】114 patients with acute schizophrenia treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were divided into observation group(July 2019 to March 2020) and control group(March 2018 to June 2019), with 57 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention, and the observation group was given Lieberman theory combined with trait mindfulness and control point for 8 weeks. The bad mood(Panas), mindfulness level(MAAS) and control level(LOCS) were compared between the two groups before intervention, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after intervention. 【Results】After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention, the positive emotion score of the two groups was higher than that before the intervention, and the negative emotion score was lower than that before the intervention, and there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05); The perceived action, non reactivity to internal experience and non critical scores of internal experience in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); The LOCS scores of internal control and external control in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 94.74%(54/57), which was higher than 73.68%(42/57) in the control group(χ2 =9.50,P=0.002<0.05).【Conclusion】 Lieberman's theory combined with trait mindfulness and control point can alleviate the bad mood of patients with acute schizophrenia, improve the level of mindfulness and enhance the ability of self-control through life skills, social independence skills and mindfulness intervention.
