Abstract  【Objective】To investigate the protein expression of paired box gene 8 (PAX8), acid ceramidase (ASAH1) and Cullin7 in the cancerous tissues and adjacent normal tissues of patients with gliomatosis cerebri (GC) and their correlation with survival. 【Methods】A total of patients with GC in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2017 were selected, all of them underwent surgical resection. The protein expressions of PAX8, ASAH1 and Cullin7 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared, and the correlation between the expression of PAX8, ASAH1 and Cullin7 was analyzed, as well as the correlation between the expression of PAX8, ASAH1 and Cullin7 and the clinicopathological features. The correlation between PAX8, ASAH1, Cullin7 protein expression and 3-year survival rate was analyzed.【Results】 The positive expression rates of Pax8, ASAH1 and cullin7 in cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues ( P <0.05); PAX8 protein was positively correlated with ASAH1 protein, ASAH1 protein was positively correlated with cullin7 protein, Cullin7 protein was positively correlated with Pax8 protein ( P <0.05); the expression of PAX8, ASAH1 and Cullin7 protein was significantly correlated with pathological type, pathological grade, differentiation degree, depth of invasion and peritumoral edema ( P <0.05); the positive expression of PAX8, ASAH1 and Cullin7 protein was negatively correlated with 3-year survival rate ( P <0.05).【Conclusion】 PAX8 protein, ASAH1 protein and Cullin7 protein are all positive in GC patients, and there is a negative correlation with survival status.
