Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the effect of medical cooperation team intervention on self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with chronic diseases in medical and nursing institutions.【Methods】 A total of 120 patients with chronic diseases admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention for patients with chronic diseases, and the experimental group was intervened by medical cooperation team. After 3 months of intervention, the self-efficacy, medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.【Results】 Both groups completed the study with 58 cases in each group. After 3 months of follow-up, the symptom management scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, and the scores of symptom management, emotional control and communication function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months of follow-up, the medication compliance of the two groups was significantly higher than that before the intervention. The medication compliance of the observation group was 96.55% (56/58), which was higher than 86.21% (50/58) of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 3 months of follow-up, the scores of physical function, emotional function and cognitive function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Medical cooperation intervention can promote the development of self-efficacy of patients with chronic diseases, improve medication compliance, and improve the quality of life of patients.
