Correlation between the Changes of Serum ,Urine conglomeration protein, Serum Inflammatory Factors and the Pathogenesis of Renal Calculi |

Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the correlation between the levels of serum and urine conglomeration protein and serum inflammatory factors and the pathogenesis of renal calculi.【Methods】 From January 2017 to may 2018, 105 patients (observation group) with renal calculi were selected, including 57 patients with initial onset and 48 patients with recurrence. Meanwhile, 100 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The levels of conglomeration protein, serum interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) in serum and urine were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between the levels and the pathogenesis of kidney stones was analyzed.【Results】 The serum and urine cluster protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the serum IL-1b、IL-6 was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum IL-2 levels between the two groups (P>0.05). The urine tufted protein in recurrent patients was significantly lower than that in primary patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the serum tufted protein and IL-1b、IL-6、IL-2 levels in recurrent patients and primary patients were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum cluster proteins were negatively correlated with serum IL-1b、IL-6(r=-0.422,-0.412,P<0.05), and urine cluster proteins were negatively correlated with serum IL-1b、IL-6(r=-0.302,-0.311,P<0.05, respectively).【Conclusion】 The serum and urine conglomeration protein in patients with renal calculi decreased significantly, which was related to the serum inflammatory factors IL-1 and IL-6. Meanwhile, the urine conglomeration protein may be related to the recurrence of calculi.
