Analysis of Relationship between Treg/Th17 Cell Subsets in Peripheral Blood and Pregnancy Outcomes in Patients with Late Severe Preeclampsia |

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the relationship between Treg/Th17 cell subsets and pregnancy outcome in patients with later severe preeclampsia. 【Methods】A total of 120 patients with severe late preeclampsia were collected as the observation group and 40 normal late pregnant women with prenatal examination in the same period were selected as the control group. The contents of Treg and Th17 cells in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry. The results of pregnancy outcome, neonatal outcome and complications in the two groups were compared. 【Results】The level of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the level of Treg cells was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The cesarean section rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the natural delivery rate was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The proportion of low birth weight infants in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of eclampsia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 There are disorders of Treg and Th17 cell subsets in the peripheral blood of severe later preeclampsia patients. The cesarean section rate, the proportion of low birth weight infants and the incidence of eclampsia are significantly higher than those in normal pregnant women.
