Significance of Serum Adiponectin Combined with CA19-9 in the Diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer

Abstract  【Objective】To research on the significance of serum adiponectin and CA19-9 joint test in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.【Methods】The levels of CA19-9 and adiponectin in 60 patients with pancreatic cancer, 90 patients with chronic pancreatitis and 40 healthy people were measured from January 2016 to February 2018 to evaluate the diagnostic value of alone and combined detection for pancreatic cancer to evaluate the diagnostic value of alone and combined detection for pancreatic cancer. 【Result】Compared with the group of chronic pancreatitis, the level of CA19-9 and adiponectin in pancreatic cancer group were significantly increased, and the diagnostic value of CA19-9 combined with adiponectin in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer was higher than that in any single index. The sensitivity and specificity were 88.30% and 85.60%, respectively.【Conclusion】The combined detection of adiponectin and CA19-9 is helpful for the detection and diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
