中药足浴在硼替佐米所致多发性骨髓瘤患者周围神经病变中的应用效果

Abstract 【Objective】 To observe the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the Peripheral Neuropathy (PN) caused by velcade (Trade name: Wanke) in multiple myeloma (MM) patients. 【Methods】 Sixty cases of MM patients with PN caused by velcade were divided into control group and intervention group with 30 cases in each group by the random number table method. The control group was given with routine intervention and intramuscular injection of adenosine cobalt ammonium,(1.5mg/d,qd). The intervention group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath based on the common nursing therapy of the control group. The significant efficiency, the total efficiency ,the motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) of the common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve, the sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) of superficial peroneal nerve were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. 【Results】 After treatment, the total effective rate in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The MNCV of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve and the SNCV of superficial peroneal nerve in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Chinese medicine foot bath has good curative effect on PN of MM patients caused by velcade (Wanke), and can improve nerve conduction velocity.
