球囊压迫宫腔治疗产后出血的疗效观察

Abstract 【Objective】 To explore the effect of intrauterine balloon compression in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. 【Methods】 A total of 48 cases of postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 24 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given intrauterine gauze packing to stop the bleeding, while patients in the observation group were given intrauterine balloon compression hemostasis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed. 【Results】 The effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was 100% and the effective rate of hemostasis in the control group was 62.50% (15/24). The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The packing material placed time, dwelling time and removal time in observation group were (4.57±0.41) min, (10.74±2.58) h and (1.33±0.43) min, respectively, which were significantly shorter than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference in postoperative normal activity time and hospitalization between the observation group and the control group patients showed no statistical significance (P>0.05). No infection and other complications were found in the observation group; however, there were 3 cases of infection in the control group after operation. 【Conclusion】 The effect of intrauterine balloon compression in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is better, and the method is simple and easy to use. It is worthy of clinical application.
