Levels of Serum miR21, CK19 and TSGF in Patients with Cervical Cancer and Their Clinical Significance |

Abstract 【Objective】 To detect the expression levels of micro-RNA21 (miR21), cytokeratin 19 (CK19) and malignant tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) in patients with cervical cancer and explore the relationship with the prognosis of the patients 【Methods】 A total of 70 cases of cervical cancer from March 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 40 healthy women volunteers were chosen as the healthy control group. The levels of serum miR21, CK19, and TSGF in both groups were detected and their relationship with the clinicopathological features of cervical cancer were analyzed.【Results】 The levels of miR21, CK19 and TSGF in the serum of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The expression levels of CK19 and TSGF were significantly correlated with tumor differentiation, FICO stage and lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer patients, and miR21 was only significantly associated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The expression levels of miR21, CK19 and TSGF in the serum of patients with cervical cancer are significantly increased, which are related to cancer differentiation, FICO stage and lymph node metastasis. It has important clinical value for cervical cancer.
