认知行为疗法对腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者情绪状态及生存质量的影响

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy on emotional state and life quality in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(LRP). 【Methods】 From July 2013 to June 2017, 74 patients undergoing LRP were selected as study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group (37 cases in each group) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine care and the observation group performed cognitive behavioral therapy. After 12 weeks of follow-up, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the emotional status of the two groups of patients. The life quality of the patients was evaluated by the Expanded Prostate Cancer Index Composite (EPIC). 【Results】 The SAS and SDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Sexual dysfunction, urinary symptoms, and intestinal symptom scores were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Cognitive-behavioral therapy can alleviate the negative emotional state of patients undergoing LRP and significantly improve their quality of life.
