血清炎症因子水平对AMI患者PCI术后发生再狭窄的影响

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the effect of changes of serum inflammatory factors on restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). 【Methods】 The clinical data of 120 patients with AMI from March 2015 to March 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the results of coronary angiography, the patients were divided into restenosis group ( n =41) and non-restenosis group ( n =79). The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), pregnancy-associated protein A (PAPP-A), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) were measured and compared between the two groups. 【Results】The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the restenosis group were significantly higher than those in the non restenosis group. The serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level was significantly lower in the restenosis group than in non restenosis group ( P < 0 05). There was no significant difference in the serum levels of VEGF hs-CRP PAPP-AMP 9 IL-10 between the restenosis group and the non-restenosis group before operation ( P > 0.05), and on the third and 7th day after operation, the serum levels of VEGF hs-CRP PAPP-AMP 9 IL-10 in the restenosis group were significantly higher than those in the non-restenosis group ( P < 0.05). 【Conclusion】The level of IL-10 in serum VEGF, hs-CRP, PAPP-A,MMP- 9 and IL-10 in patients with AMI after PCI is increased, which has a certain effect on the occurrence of restenosis.
