| Effect of the Uterine Parceled Suture in Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section |

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effectiveness and safety of the uterine parceled suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with cesarean section. 【Methods】A total of 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage with caesarean section in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were enrolled as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given with stuffing gauze to stop bleeding, while the observation group was treated with uterine parceled suture to stop bleeding. The situation of perioperative period, clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. 【Results】The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, the amount of 24h postoperative vaginal bleeding, and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P < 0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than in the control group 85.55% ( P < 0.05);The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 5.00%, which was significantly lower than 22.50% in the control group ( P < 0.05). 【Conclusion】Uterine parceled suture in the treatment of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage is effective.It can shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
