| Application and Diagnostic Value of MRI and CT in the Diagnosis of Hepatoma Adenoma |

Abstract 【Objective】To explore the diagnostic value of MRI and CT in hepatoma adenoma(HCA). 【Methods】Fifty-six cases of suspected hepatocellular carcinoma underwent MRI and CT examination. The value of CT, MRI and their combined detection in diagnosis of hepatocellular adenoma was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC). 【Results】(1) The pathological diagnosis of 45 cases of liver cell adenoma in 56 cases, (2) the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of hepatocellular adenoma were 81.82%, 80%, 80.36%; the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI diagnosis of hepatocellular adenoma were 91.11%, 63.64%, 85.71%; the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of CT+MRI diagnosis of liver cell adenoma were 97.78%, 72.73%, 93.62%; AUCCT+MRI>AUCCT( Z=2.356,P =0.019), AUCCT+MRI>AUCMRI( Z=1.612,P =0.107), AUCMRI>AUCCT( Z=1.556,P =0.120). 【Conclusion】CT scanning analysis and MRI scan have certain differential diagnostic value for hepatocellular adenoma. The combined detection can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
