心理干预联合中药熏洗对PPH术后患者应激反应及感觉功能障碍的影响

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effect of psychological intervention in combination with herbal fumigation on stress reaction and sensory disturbance of patients undergoing procedures for prolapsed hemorrhoids (PPH).【Methods】A total of 124 cases of patients with sensory disturbance after PPH who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method, with 62 cases in each group. All the patients received conventional antibiotics for infection prevention and pain-killing treatment. Patients in the control group were also given traditional Chinese herbal fumigation, while patients in the observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The scores of physiological stress reaction and sensory disturbance, clinical efficacy and other indicators between the two groups were compared.【Results】The effective rate in the observation group was 91.94%, which was significantly higher than that of 75.81% in the control group ( P < 0.05). The levels of serum 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), prostaglandin E₂ (PGE₂) and histamine (HA) were significantly lower than those in control group ( P < 0.05). The scores of pain, fall-swell and urination disorder were significantly lower than those in control group as well ( P < 0.01).【Conclusion】Psychological intervention in combination with herbal fumigation can help to relieve the physiological stress reaction of patients undergone PPH, improve the postoperative sensory disturbance, and enhance the clinical efficacy.
