| Effect of Cognitive Behavior Intervention in Combination with Kinesitherapy on Psychological Status and Living Quality of Patients with Depression |

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effect of cognitive behavior intervention in combination with kinesitherapy on the psychological status and living quality of patients with depression, and to provide reference for developing the nursing intervention method for depression patients. 【Methods】A total of 913 cases of depression patients admitted to hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the observation group (n=460 cases) and the control group (n=453 cases). Patients in the control group received oral administration of fluoxertine hydrochloride and routine nursing intervention, while patients in the observation group received cognitive behavior intervention in combination with kinesitherapy on the basis of the treatment in the control group. After 6 months of follow-up, the psychological status and living quality of the patients were assessed using symptom check list-90 (SCL-90) and short-form health survey questionnaire (SF-36). 【Results】The scores of depression, anxiety, bigotry (paranoid), obsessive-compulsive symptoms, psychoticism and interpersonal sensitivity in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t=19.737~72.760,P<0.01). The scores of physiological function, physiological role, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (t=19.087~55.713,P<0.01). 【Conclusion】 Cognitive behavior intervention in combination with kinesitherapy can improve the psychological status and enhance the living quality of depression patients.
