| Evaluation of Efficacy and Prognosis of Laparoscopic Surgery on Ectopic Pregnant Patients |

Abstract 【Objective】To evaluate the clinical efficacy and prognosis of laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy patients. 【Methods】A total of 62 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were divided into two groups according to the operation methods: the laparotomy group (21 cases, laparotomy) and the laparoscopic group (41 cases). The operative parameters, hemorheology indexes and serum chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) levels were compared between the two groups. The fallopian tube recanalization and postoperative fertility of the two groups were recorded and compared as well.【Results】Compared to the laparotomy group, the intraoperative blood loss was reduced in the laparoscopic group, and the operation time, ambulation and anal exhaust, duration of postoperative abdominal pain, and catheter indwelling time were all shortened; the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After laparoscopic surgery, high-cutting whole blood viscosity, low-cutting whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, and serum β-HCG levels were lower than before surgery, and were lower in the laparoscopic group than those in the laparotomy group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the laparoscopic group, fallopian tubal patency rate was 90.24% (37/41) and the postoperative intrauterine pregnancy rate was 73.17% (30/41), which were higher than those in the laparotomy group [61.90% (13/21), 47.62% (10/21), respectively] .The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).【Conclusion】Laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy has the advantages of small surgical trauma, low risk and quick recovery. It helps to maximize fertility, improve hemorheology, reduce HCG level and benefit patients.
