| Effects of Suspension Laparoscopic Surgery on Sex Hormone Levels and Pregnancy in Patients with Ovarian Cysts |

Abstract 【Objective】To analyze the effect of suspension laparoscopic surgery on postoperative sex hormone levels and pregnancy in patients with ovarian cysts. 【Methods】Ninety patients with ovarian cysts who underwent surgery in our hospital from August 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects. All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional laparotomy. The observation group was treated by suspension laparoscopic surgery. The changes of sex hormones were compared between the two groups before and 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after surgery. The outcome of 12-month pregnancy was compared as well. 【Results】The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative activity time for getting out of bed and length of hospital stay were longer in the control group than in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in sex hormone levels between the two groups before and 6 months after operation (P>0.05);The levels of luteinizing hormone (LH), serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and estradiol (E2) in the control group were higher than those in the observation group at 1 month and 3 months after operation; the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);The natural pregnancy rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (P<0.05).;There was no significant difference in spontaneous abortion rate, live birth rate and preterm birth rate between the two groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】For patients with ovarian cysts, the use of suspended laparoscopic surgery can effectively stabilize the postoperative sex hormone levels, ensure the normal ovulation function of ovaries, and contribute to the natural pregnancy after surgery.
