正念冥想训练对结直肠癌手术患者焦虑抑郁及应对方式的影响

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effect of mindfulness meditation training on anxiety-depression and coping style of patients undergone colorectal cancer operation.【Methods】A total of 116 cases of patients undergone colorectal cancer operation and admitted to hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects, and divided into observation group and control group using the random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were performed routine nursing intervention including health education, psychological nursing, rehabilitation training and prevention of complications. Based on this, patients in the observation group were also performed mindfulness meditation training. The degree of anxiety and depression, coping style and other indexes between the two groups were compared.【Results】The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the scores of palliative, escape, foreordination and self-reliance were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores of optimism, confrontation, support seeking and emotional catharsis were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05).【Conclusion】Mindfulness meditation training can help to relieve the anxiety-depression degree of patients with colorectal cancer, avoid their negative coping behaviors and promote the development of active coping style.
