| Comparison of Propofol and Propofol Combined with Fentanyl in Painless Induced Abortion |

Abstract 【Objective】To compare the safety and effectiveness of propofol and propofol combined with fentanyl in painless induced abortion.【Methods】Sixty cases of patients with painless induced abortion were randomly divided into the propofol anesthesia group ( the Group A ) and the propofol plus fentanyl anesthesia group ( the Group B). The changes of heart rate (HR), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and oxygen saturation (SpO2) were observed before and after anesthesia in the two groups. The drug efficiency evaluation, cervical looseness, postoperative incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups.【Results】The changes of HR, MAP and SpO2 in the A group were higher than those of the group B (P＜0.05). The pharmacodynamic initial play time and duration of action of the group A were longer than those of the group B (P＜0.05). The drug total efficiency of the group A was lower than that of the group B[30%(9/30) vs. 83.33%(25/30)](P＜0.05). The postoperative incidence rate of adverse reactions in the group A was higher than that in the group B(P＜0.05).【Conclusion】For painless induced abortion, the effect of fentanyl + propofol anesthesia is more satisfactory, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
