| Efficacy of Olanzapine Combined with Oxalic Acid Ai Sciplan in the Treatment of Senile Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Depression |

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the efficacy of olanzapine combined with oxalic acid Ai Sciplan in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease (CHD) accompanied with depressive symptoms.【Methods】A total of 106 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with depression admitted from March 2014 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group (53 cases) and a control group (53 cases). The control group was treated with Olanzapine Tablets, and the observation group was treated with Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 24 weeks. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The scores of SDS and HAMD, Hcy and hs-CRP, indexes of oxidative stress and quality of life were evaluated before and after treatment.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group (92.45%) was higher than that of the control group (73.58%) (P<0.0). The SDS score and HAMD score decreased in the two groups after treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(tSDS=9.7886、tHAMD=16.4589, P<0.05). After treatment, the serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels of the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), the observation group was lower than that of the control group(tHcy=11.3279、ths-CRP=12.8047, P<0.05); the serum malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in the two groups decreased and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels increased after treatment, (P<0.05) ; the level of serum MDA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, while the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group(tMDA=13.8751、tSOD=5.2982, P<0.05); aftertreatment, social relations, psychological status, physical health and the surrounding environment score of the two groups increased (P<0.05), and the observation group score were higher than the control group (t=5.6586、7.7935、8.2064、8.3707, P<0.05).【Conclusion】Olanzapine combined with oxalic acid Ai Sciplan is effective in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease patients with depression, and has important research value.
