| Application of Precise Nursing Intervention in Improving Postoperative Inflammatory Factors and Immune Status in Patients with Renal Tumor |

Abstract 【Objective】To study the effect of precise nursing intervention in improving postoperative inflammatory factors and immune status in patients with renal neoplasms. 【Methods】 A total of 90 cases of patients with renal tumor resection from October 2015 to December 2016 in Xiangya hospital were selected as study subjects. All of the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number methodwith 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine care, and the observation group was treated with precise nursing interventions on the basis of routine nursing. The levels of interleukin-1 (IL-1), serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), immunological status and renal function were analyzed before and after treatment. 【Results】There was no significant difference in IL-1 and TNF-α levels between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the descending trend of the observation group was more obvious than that of control group (P＜0.05). The levels of CD4+, CD3+, CD8+, IgA, IgG and IgM in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). 【Conclusion】 The precise nursing intervention can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction in the patients after renal surgery, improve the function of the immune system and renal function, and promote the prognosis of patients with rehabilitation and quality of life. It is worthwhile to put precise nursing intervention into clinical application.
