| Application of Preoperative Three-dimensional CT Simulated Puncture in Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy |

Abstract 【Objective】To study the value of preoperative three-dimensional (3D) CT reconstruction simulated puncture for percutaneous nephrolithotomy. 【Methods】A total of 100 cases of patients with upper urinary stones who received percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery in our hospital were collected. Patients were divided according to whether or not they received three-dimensional CT reconstruction simulation into the control group (without 3D CT simulation) and the observation group (with 3D CT simulation). Clinical data (the puncture success rate, the stone clearance rate, and complications) were compared between the two groups. 【Results】There were no statistical significant differences in hydronephrosis and stone location in patients of the two groups (P>0.05). In the observation group, percutaneous puncture time, channel number, postoperative hemoglobin value drop and colon injury were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), while the stone clearance rate and one-time puncture success rate were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance
(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Percutaneous renal surgery under the guidance of 3D CT reconstruction of simulated puncture can effectively interpret the morphology of stones and kidney collection system. This method can improve the accuracy of preoperative evaluation and provide the most effective method of puncture, increasing puncture success rate and stone clearance probability with minimal unnecessary damage to surrounding tissue.
