多节段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的危险因素分析

Abstract 【Objective】To study the risk factors of multiple segmental osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF). 【Methods】Retrospectively analysis the clinical data of 211 cases of the patients with OVCF from August 2010 -August 2016 was conducted. The subjects were divided into single segment group (134 cases) and multiple segment group (77 cases), according to the fresh fracture section. The clinical data of two groups were collected and the risk factors of OVCF were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.【Results】The single factor analysis showed: the bone mineral density T value of the multiple segment group was lower than that in single segment group, the spinal deformity index (SDI) of the multiple segment group was significantly higher than that of the single segment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The age, gender, BMI, past medical history of the two groups had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); Multi-factor analysis showed: The bone mineral density T value <-4.5 SD (OR = 2.763, 95% CI 1.037～4.494, P=0.004), and 2≤SDI score < 4 (OR = 2.335, 95% CI 1.012～4.392,P=0.005); SDI score≥4 (OR = 6.384, 95% CI 3.183～14.763,P=0.001) were the independent risk factors of multiple segmental OVCF. 【Conclusion】The lower the bone mineral density, the higher the patients SDI' score, and they are more prone to multi segment OVCF.
