Analysis of Relationship between iNOS Polymorphisms and the Susceptibility to Gastric Cancer |

Abstract 【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) gene polymorphism and susceptibility to gastric cancer in patients with non cardia gastric cancer.【Methods】 Eighty patients with gastric cardia cancer who were diagnosed by gastroscopy or treated in our hospital from April 2014 to 2016 were enrolled in this study as GC group. 88 cases of gastric ulcer (gastric ulcer) diagnosed by gastroscope and pathology in our hospital in the same period were selected as GU group; Another 140 healthy persons were selected as control group (group C). DNA extraction, PCR amplification, time of flight mass spectrometry were used to analyze the genetic polymorphism of iNOS-277 loci of the three groups.【Results】There was no difference between the GU group and the group C (P>0.05). There was significant difference between the GC group and the group C (P<0.01). There was no difference between the GC group and GU group (P>0.05). Expression of iNOS-277 T/T genotype is an independent risk factor for gastric ulcer and gastric cancer.【Conclusion】 iNOS gene polymorphisms is associated with susceptibility to gastric ulcer and gastric cancer. -277 locus T/T genotype is an independent risk factor for gastric ulcer and gastric cancer.
