Abstract 【Objective】 To study the medical evidence of the related risks on smokers and allergic rhinitis by analyzing the published SCI study involved.【Methods】Relevant literature on MEDLINE, PUBMED, EMBASE, WOS(2004~2015) were retrieved , and the quality of the study involved was evaluated by the JADA score so as to aquire or calculate the relevant research involved in the RR, 95% credible period. The relationship between the risk of allergic rhinitis in smokers was comprehensively analyzed.【Results】The risk of allergic rhinitis in smokers was as follows compared with that of non-smokers: 1. Smokers Vs non-smokers: RR=1.11, 95%CI (1.09, 1.21),P=0.00, the difference was statistically significant; 2. Active smokers vs non-smokers: RR=1.04, 95%CI (1, 1.09),P=0.038, the difference was not statistically significant;3. Passive smokers vs non-smokers: RR=1.12, 95%CI (1.10, 1.13),P=0.00, the difference was statistically significant.【Conclusion】 Both active and passive smokers will increase the risk of allergic rhinitis.
