LCP结合MIPPO技术治疗老年胫骨远端骨折30例临床观察

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the clinical value of locking compression plate (LCP) combined with Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Osteosynthesis(MIPPO) in the treatment of elderly patients (>65) with distal tibial fractures. 【Methods】Sixty patients with distal tibial fractures were enrolled in this study and were randomly assigned to two groups: the observation group was treated with LCP combined with MIPPO while the control group was treated with the open fixation method. In the observation group, the suitable LCP was assigned according to the different fracture types and fracture lengths, and prebending was done according to the physiological radial degrees of each patient. After assigning the suitable LCP and completing prebending, an incision was made at the medial malleolus and plate osteosynthesis was performed; perspective alignment was fixed by screws. Patients in both groups were followed up for 24 months post-operation, and the curative effects were compared. 【Results】The intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, and other corresponding indices were lower in the observation group than in the control group. The rate of improvement in ankle joint function was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The rate of post-operative complications were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】LCP combined with MIPPO technology in the treatment of elderly patients with distal tibial fractures has a better effect and it is safer to use than the generic open fixation method-and is worthy of further clinical application.
