双歧杆菌四联活菌联合谷维素治疗女性肠易激综合征的疗效及对患者血清TNF- α、IL- 6的影响

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effect of bifidobacterium quadruplex living bacterium combined with oryzanol in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and its influence on serum levels of TNF- alpha and IL-6. 【Methods】A total of 86 cases of patients with irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with n=43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the observation group was given treatment by bifidobacterium quadruple living bacterium combined with oryzanol. 【Results】 The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (95.35% vs 72.09%); the difference had statistical significance (P<0.01). After the treatment, the symptom severity score and frequency of symptoms score of the observation group were lower than of the control group; there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.01). After treatment, the HAMD score (10.41 ± 2.50) points, HAMA score (10.24 ± 2.68) points of the observation group were lower than HAMD (12.92 ± 3.16) score points and HAMA score (12.63 ± 3.35) points of the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.01). After treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α (29.72 ± 11.75) pg/mL, IL-6 (11.23 ± 3.15) ng/ L of the observation group were lower than the serum levels of TNF-α (43.56 ± 12.47) pg/mL, IL-6 (17.91 ± 4.17) ng/L of the control group; the differences had statistical significance (P<0.01). 【Conclusion】The curative effect of the bifidobacterium quadruplex living bacterium combined with oryzanol in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome was good; it can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function and the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 to improve the quality of life.
