不同止血方案在前置胎盘剖宫产妇女中的应用价值

Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the curative effects of different hemostatic schemes in cesarean section women with placenta previa. 【Methods】A retrospective analysis of 60 patients in our hospital with placenta previa with bleeding amount greater than 500 ml during the cesarean section operation were included in this study. According to whether or not they used the Bakri balloon catheter uterine tamponade hemostasis, the 60 cases were divided into the control group and the study group, with 30 cases in each group. The study group used Bakri uterine tamponade hemostasis balloon catheter, and the control group just used routine hemostatic method for hemostasis. Twenty-four hours postpartum, the bleeding volume, operation time, intraoperative blood transfusion rate, hemostatic efficiency, and hysterectomy were analyzed. 【Results】The rate of hysterectomy, blood transfusion, amount of bleeding, and the rate of blood transfusion was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group. The operation duration in the study group (45.2 min±7.5 min) was significantly shorter than in the control group (67.3 min±5.9 min). The hemostasis rate in the study group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 76.7%.【Conclusion】Bakri balloon catheter uterine tamponade hemostasis can effectively control the placenta previa cesarean section womens' intraoperative and postoperative blood loss, intraoperative bleeding, and rate of blood transfusion during the operation. It can also improve hemostatic efficiency, and reduce the maternal uterus resection rate.
