There were no complications like bleeding, biliary fistula, or incisional hernia postoperation. The length of stay in hospital after the operation was between two to six days, with no obvious scar on the napes. 【Conclusion】Transumbilical singleincision laparoscopic cholecystectomy with traditional instruments is therefore deemed safe, feasible, effective, and beautiful.
