Clinical Significance of the Combined Detection of MG7Ag and TK1 in Gastric Cancer |
|
|
Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the serum of gastric cancer associated antigen MG7Ag and thymidine kinase TK1 diagnostic value of combined detection of patients with gastric cancer.【Methods】Serum MG7Ag and TK1 levels were detected in 60 cases patients with gastric cancer (gastric cancer group), 35 cases of benign disease patients (benign disease group) and 30 healthy control subjects (healthy controls group).【Results】The serum of MG7Ag and TK1 levels in gastric cancer patients were higher than the healthy control subjects and benign gastric disease patients (both P<0.05); The positive detection rate of MG7Ag and TK1 in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than benign gastric disease group and the healthy control group (both P<0.05); Serum MG7Ag and TK1 joint detection sensitivity and accuracy were higher than the two separate detection indicator (both P<0.05).【Conclusion】Serum MG7Ag、TK1 has a high diagnostic value of gastric cancer, combined detection helps to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis of gastric cancer.
