Abstract 【Objective】To discuss the effect of different timing and diseases on hysterosalpingography imaging.【Methods】1005 infertile cases who needed hysterosalpingography were collected , and the effect of different timing and different relevant diseases on hysterosalpingography imaging was analyzed.【Results】There is no obvious correlation between the outcomes of grading comparison of fallopian tubes regarding the number of menstruation clean days on operation, the patient's endometrial thickness, pelvic effusion, ect(P>0.05). However, there were significant differences in the grading of the primary infertility and secondary infertility (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】The number of menstruation clean days on operation, the patient's endometrial thickness, pelvic effusion would not effect the imaging of hysterosalpingography.
