Abstract 【Objective】To investigate the effects of total dose of crystalloid solution infusion during surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.【Methods】A total number of 156 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2014 were randomly and equally divided into restricting group and opening group by random number table, resulting in 78 cases in each group. Patients in restricting group were infused Lactated Ringer's solution 5 mL/(kg•h), while patients in opening group were infused 30 mL/(kg•h). Heart rate (HR), mean artery pressure (MAP), and complication rate were recorded. Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain scale at 1, 6, 24 hours postoperatively.【Results】The VAS scores and hidrosis symptom in restricting group were significantly higher than that in opening group at 6 hours postsurgery (P<0.05). No statistic significant difference on HR, MAP, and hospital stays was observed between two groups (P>0.05).【Conclusion】Restricting Lactated Ringer's solution infusion during surgery could aggravate postoperative pain and hidrosis symptoms when compare to nonrestriction of infusion. Both methods have no impacts on HR, MAP, and hospital stays.
