Abstract [Objective]To explore the clinical characteristic ,diagnosis and treatment of children with complexvenous malformation .[Methods]Retrospective analyses were conducted for the clinical data of 76 cases ofcomplex venous malformation .And the efficacies and adverse reactions of percutaneous sclerotherapy were evaluated.[Results]A total of 235 sessions were offered at an average of 3 .09 sessions per case .The singledose of anhydrous ethanol was 2 ~ 10 mL .The average hospitalization time was 3 .5 days .During the postoperativefollow‐ups ,52 cases were cured and 17 cases improved markedly with an effective rate of 90 .8% .[Conclusion]Percutaneous sclerotherapy has the advantages of obvious efficacies ,safety ,little trauma ,short hospitalizationtime ,and better prognosis .Therefore it is worthy of further clinical promotions .
