Abstract Objective] To explore the value of the combination detection of four urine micro‐proteins urine trace albumin(mAlb) ,urinary transferrin(TRF) ,urine alpha 1 microglobulin(α1‐MG) and urine immunoglobulin (IgG) in early diagnosis of non‐diabetic hypertensive renal injury .[Methods]Four urine micro‐proteins of 100 pa‐tients confirmed as non‐diabetic hypertension(observation group) and 100 healthy physical examination persons (control group) were examined .Blood biochemical indicators were detected .The test results were analyzed statis‐tically .[Results] Urine micro‐proteins in observation group were higher than those in control group .The mAlb in 35 patients(35% ) ,TRF in 24 patients(24% ) ,α1‐MG in 32 patients(32% ) and IgG in 15 patients(15% ) were positive .The positive rate of the combination detection of four micro‐proteins was 55% .Hypertension ,obesity , high CRP ,low and high‐density lipoproteins in observation group had correlation with urine micro‐proteins .[Con‐clusion] The combination detection of mAlb ,TRF ,α1‐MG and IgG can improve early diagnostic rate of non‐dia‐betic hypertensive renal injury .
