Abstract Objective] To explore clinical application efficacy of pentazocine combined with flurbiprofen in multimodal analgesia after laparoscopic gynecologic surgery .[Methods]A total of 70 ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ patients under‐going laparoscopic gynecologic surgery were randomly divided experimental group and control group .The experi‐mental group received intravenous continuous analgesia with pentazocine and flurbiprofen postoperatively . The control group only received intravenous continuous analgesia with pentazocine postoperatively .Visual analogue scale(VAS) score and Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS) were used to assess the analgesia effect .The incidence of postoperative adverse reaction ,postoperative dose of pentazocine ,patients controlled analgesia(PCA) and compre‐hensive satisfaction score in two groups were compared .[Results]At 6~48h after operation ,VAS scores in two groups were gradually reduced with the time delay ,while BCS scores were gradually increased with the time delay . Compared with the control group ,the scores in the experimental group at each time point were markedly decreased or increased( P <0 .05) .The stage dose of pentazocine at 8h ,12h ,l6h ,20h and 24h and the total amount of pen‐tazocine at 0~12 ,0~24 ,0~36 and 0~48h in experimental group were less than those in control group( P <0 .05) .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between experimental group and control group .PCA satisfaction scores in experimental group were markedly higher than those in control group( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]Pentazocine combined with flurbiprofen for multimodal analgesia after laparoscopic gyneco‐logic surgery is better than simple pentazocine .Multimodal analgesia can improve postoperative analgesia effect , reduce pentazocine consumption and increase hospitalization satisfaction of patients .
