Abstract To establish digital bladder by using polar coordinate system in order to label the lo-cation of bladder lesion accurately .[Methods]With the properly filled bladder as round shape ,internal ure-thral orifice geometrical center as pole and left and right ureteral opening line perpendicular bisector as polar axis ,the polar coordinate system was set up .[Results]The polar coordinate for labeling the location of bladder lesion was a simple method ,and could obtain intuitive ,convenient and high accurate location parameter data , and also met clinical demand for communication and operation location .[Conclusion] Polar coordinate system for establishing digital bladder is feasible in theory and convenient in practice ,and has wide application pros-pect ,so it is worthy of promotion .
