Abstract To assess the impact of perioperative synthetic insulation measures on the result of operation for puerperas with hemorrhagic shock .[Methods] Totally 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was treated with conventional surgical method ,while the observation group was given perioperative synthetic insulation measures .Blood pressure ,heart rate ,respiration ,nasopharyngeal temperature ,blood coagulation ,blood gas analysis results ,hematocrit ,blood lactic acid value ,the incidence of postoperative shivering ,the rate of successful rescue and hospital stay were compared between two groups .[Results] The vital signs of patients in observation group were all better than those of patients in control group ( P <0 .05) .The incidence of postoperative shivering in observation group was 16 .00% ,which was lower than that in control group(37 .00% ) ,and the rate of successful rescue was 93% ,which was higher than that in control group(76 .00% ) .The length of stay in observation group were (10 .20 ± 5 .10)d ,which was shorter than that in control group .There were significant differences( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]Perioperative synthetic insulation measures can reduce the incidence of maternal complications of puerpera with hemorrhagic shock , improve the success rate of operation rescue ,help the recovery of patients and shorten the hospital stay .
