Abstract Objective To explore the value of Holter monitoring in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in young infants .[Methods] Totally 86 young infants in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2013 were selected as the subjects .Routine electrocardiogram(ECG) and Holter monitoring(DCG) were performed in all patients .[Re-sults] The positive rates of ECG and DCG were 23 .2% and 77 .9% ,respectively .The efficacy of DCG was obviously better than ECG ,and there was significant difference( P <0 .05) .[Conclusion] DCG is of impor-tant clinical value in the diagnosis of arrhythmia in young infants .
