| Changes of DD,FIB,APTT and PLT of Patients with DIC in Obstetric Department Before and after Treatment |

Abstract [Obj ective]To explore the changes of D-dimer(DD),fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial throm-boplastin time(APTT)and platelet(PLT)of patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC)in ob-stetric department before and after treatment and the significance.[Methods]A total of 28 DIC parturients in our hospital from Jan.2009 to Aug.2012 were selected as the observation subjects.Dynamic DD,FIB, APTT and PLT before and after the occurrence of DIC and until successful treatment were measured(once per 6h and 1~2 times every day after stable condition).The measurement result before and after treatment was observed.[Results]The DD of 28 parturients with DIC was obviously increased,and FIB was decreased,and APTT was prolonged,and PLT was reduced progressively.All indexes after treatment were improved,and there was significant difference between two stages(P<0.05).All 28 patients were recovered and discharged after treatment.[Conclusion]Dynamic detection of DD,FIB,APTT and PLT is helpful for clinical diagnosis and the monitoring of the prognosis of patients.
